The Eastern Africa Standby Brigade Coordination Mechanism (EASBRICOM) hereby invites bids for the supply of the following: 

1. Office and ICT Equipment (Publication Ref EP/CBP/08/T1);
2. Furniture Equipment (Publication Ref EP/CBP/08/T2); and
3. Motor Vehicles (Publication Ref EP/CBP/08/T3).

Attached herewith, you will find Tender Notices and Tender Dossiers for the different tenders.

Kindly read the Tender Notice for a given tender together with its Dossier, for example, the Tender Notice for Furniture Equipment Tender should be read together with the Tender Dossier for the Furniture Equipment tender. The tender notice simply contains a summary of the Dossier, while the Tender Dossier is the main Tender Document consisting all relevant guidelines and specifications on the kind of items to be supplied.

Kindly ensure that the documents are keenly and thoroughly understood as they are self explanatory, legal and authoritative documents to these tenders. Other directives on how to execute the tender together with their due dates are expressly given in the documents and MUST be duly adhered to.
